I just unpacked my bags, readers, because we’re back from Islamorada, FL! Back in June I jumped in my van and made the trek to the gorgeous Cheeca Lodge hotel or resort in the Florida Keys, where my good friend and model, Kaye Cox was working for Southern Bride Magazine. We left early and arrived slightly before her call time for hair and makeup. The people there were kind and accommodating to the models they had for their photoshoot for the day.

Kaye tried on several dresses and styles and my day was spent filming and photographing BTS of the whole process and was able to get some photo opportunities for myself and my portfolio as well.

It was definitely a shoot to remember. Now if only I could figure out how to transport the entire coastline and those coconut martinis back to Miami…
